Adjustable tongue, Universal tongue

Belt buckle, adjustable. Part of a hip belt or possibly. other application.
This is a Type A buckle with a 21mm wide tongue, the thickness of the tongue is 3mm. 

Design: 
Detachable housing, steel base with steel bar around which you fold the belt strap and then cover it with a plastic cap 

The thickness of the buckle can affect whether or not it fits, due to a rich chrome layer it can be fractionally thicker is.
